Your Trivium account strategist will send you a secure authorization link. Clicking it takes you to Amazon's Selling Partner OAuth page, where you log in to your Seller Central account and grant read-only access. The entire process takes less than two minutes. You never share your password with Trivium — Amazon handles the authentication directly.
Trivium Client Reporting accesses read-only data including sales and revenue metrics, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance, inventory levels, competitive pricing data, and product listing content. The application does not access or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as buyer names or shipping addresses.
No. Trivium Client Reporting has read-only access. It cannot modify your product listings, pricing, inventory, advertising campaigns, or any account settings. It is strictly a data retrieval tool for generating performance reports.
You can revoke access at any time by going to Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps, finding "Trivium Client Reporting," and clicking "Deauthorize." This immediately stops all data retrieval. You can also contact your Trivium strategist or email us at ops@triviumco.com for assistance.
Data is refreshed on an automated weekly schedule. Your Trivium strategy team reviews the latest reports each week to inform advertising, pricing, and listing optimization decisions for your account.
Trivium Client Reporting supports marketplaces across two regions: North America (United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil) and Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, and Belgium).
Trivium Client Reporting is a private, internal tool included as part of Trivium Group's managed account services. There is no separate charge for the application — it is included in your Trivium management agreement. The application is not available for purchase or use outside of Trivium's managed client base.
Your data is accessible only to Trivium Group's internal strategy team assigned to manage your account. It is not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party. All data handling complies with Amazon's Selling Partner API data protection policies.
